Karen Axnick, RScP

"Grace is the ability to start anew in every moment
without reference to the past."

My path to becoming a Religious Science Practitioner has been a thirty year exploration of the dynamic relationship between body, mind and Spirit. Karen Axnick, RScP This soul desire guided me through my career as a critical care nurse, an educator and an administrator in large teaching and research hospitals. While I know I made significant contributions on this career path, something was missing for me.  I subsequently left the health care system with a vision to develop co-creative partnerships with clients through a counseling practice.  While I am grateful for all of my experiences, I can now see, in retrospect, a fundamental flaw in my thinking. I saw the missing piece "out there" and I was attempting to heal myself through efforts to reform and reorganize an unwieldy, and mostly unresponsive, system.

One gift of becoming a Practitioner is my realization that there is never anything to fix, only the beauty and magnificence of Life to be revealed and lived. On this path, I now see increasingly more opportunities for creative expression coupled with a decreasing emphasis on trying to solve problems.  My greatest joy is supporting clients in the process of Self-discovery…of realizing that the Creative Power and Presence of Spirit is always available and it is accessible by turning within. No matter how the opportunity presents itself in life circumstances, there is a core spiritual truth, a divine creative impulse, underlying it.  Once this truth is accessed and anchored through dialogue, imagery, visioning and prayer, the mental and emotional blocks dissolve and the appropriate action steps flow naturally out of it. There is nothing magical about this transformational process; it is as natural as breathing once the truth is known.

I believe we are living in a wondrous time – a time ripe with opportunities for evolving in human consciousness. Many feel a sense that there is "something more" that they are here to express. My mission is to assist people in becoming conscious co-creators by connecting with their life purpose and by living their soul-filled dreams.

A counseling session is a safe and sacred space in which to awaken to the vision that is your soul's purpose for this lifetime.  All information shared is confidential.  Please call me at 760-672-7290 or email me at kjaxnick@yahoo.com to schedule an appointment.
