Seaside Church Has A New Home After two and a half years Seaside's new home is being built. The afterschock of finding out that
the original building was not up to code for our use has finally settled and the struggle with the permitting process is a memory. We are now seeing the sawdust flying and the smell of freshly poured concrete from our new foundation is still in the air. When Christian invited everyone to stop by
and see the progress he forgot to mention to watch your step! It's a beautiful sight but none the less it IS a construction site. As you stand inside and close your eyes it's easy to picture our Seaside family and their friends mingling in the future space. The smell of coffee fills the air and you can hear the children playing in the adjoining City park. As you step into the Sanctuary the tone changes and you can feel your body sinking into a peaceful meditative state and if you listen VERY carefully you can hear the music that Chris Stone has playing in the background. A smile will fill your heart as you feel the Presence of God and the gratitude you have for being blessed with such a wonderful spiritual family and community.
I hope you will stop by with an open heart and allow yourself to go beyond the rubble of a construction site and see our new home through God's eyes.
