Loving until I - and the Beloved - become one,
I merge into Life's whole potential for happiness.
My heart, enamored, frees itself,
and delights in the seeds of playfulness.
God's Joy eclipses the heaviness of the world.
From the imperceptible depths of my being,
love may be always known in its lightness.
 
Any thought of taking myself seriously
is shattered by the majestic harmonies of well-being.
No longer bored or depressed, God's outpouring
embraces the finest intricacies of my life.
Viewing from a higher vantage point, I fly.
Life, like a flame, dances from log to log,
amused by God, my capacity to love
and laugh is unleashed in rapture.
 
This super-charged Divinely intoxicating energy
breathes new life into me, revitalizing my child-like
remembrance of how to giggle and play.
Shedding all accumulated layers of armor,
I launch myself into the game of life,
lightly flying in the skies, happy-go-lucky,
compassionate and wise, having fun.
I find the horizons of my playing field stretching
far and wide to encompass the totality of God.
And how I enjoy the Joy!
 
Grateful to be the eyes behind the eyes,
the Knower beyond the understanding,
I abandon any self-centered concepts of being.
My soul cries out in the glorifying language
enchanted by God to express Its Magnificence.
Returning to the pure state of conception,
I let go of any contradictions in God's joyous expression
and surrender my heart to the playfulness of life!
AND SO IT IS.
